How do I update my registered payment card if it has expired?
If your registered payment card has expired, please use your registered email to contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your complete KYC (Know Your Customer) documents. This verification process is required under the regulation of Isle of Man Gambling Authority.
We will need the coloured copies of the following documents:
- A current photographic identity document, e.g. National Identity Document, passport and driver's licence
- Proof of your residential address document dated within the last 90 days, e.g. bank or credit card statements and utility bills (excluding mobile telephone bills)
- Copies of both old and new front sides of payment cards
Please ensure that the front card details are fully captured and the card numbers are not covered.

Verification normally takes about 12 to 48 hours to complete. We will notify you via email if there are any updates.
